At Nicky D’s Sausage Company, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the package so we can resolve the matter quickly.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions to Our Refund Policy:

We cannot issue refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • The customer provided an incorrect shipping address when placing the order.
  • The customer did not specify whether they required a release signature for delivery.
  • The customer selected products or quantities in error.
  • Products were delivered fresh, intact, and as described on our website, but the customer simply did not care for the taste or felt it did not meet personal expectations.
  • The customer did not contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
